Shift Press Brake Operator Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Position Summary The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to bend, form, and process steel materials according to customer specifications. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, accuracy, and teamwork. Essential Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to meet production requirements and quality standards. Select, verify, and handle steel materials using measuring tools and material identification systems. Safely operate overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and forklifts as needed. Ensure parts meet customer specifications and tolerance requirements. Mark, organize, and return materials to inventory while maintaining proper identification. Perform routine equipment maintenance and report repair needs promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and safely work with overhead lifting equipment.
