Press Brake Operator Powder-X Coating Systems is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator (Cincinnati Press Brake experience preferred) to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for a skilled, dependable professional with hands-on experience operating and maintaining a press brake in a production environment. This position is ideal for someone who understands the equipment, can read manufacturing drawings, and can independently set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on a (Cincinnati) press brake. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Cincinnati press brake to form and bend sheet metal components. Set up and adjust the press brake for different jobs, materials, thicknesses, and bend requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and bend specifications . Select and install the appropriate tooling for each job. Verify dimensions, angles, and finished parts using measuring tools. Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the press brake. Identify equipment issues and communicate larger maintenance or repair needs. Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet drawing and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Work closely with engineering and other production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues. Properly document or communicate production, tooling, and equipment issues. Required Qualifications Proven hands-on experience operating a press brake.

•Cincinnati preferred. Experience setting up, adjusting, and maintaining a press brake . Ability to independently operate the machine and troubleshoot common operating issues. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and bend specifications. Experience working with sheet metal and various material thicknesses. Strong understanding of press brake tooling and bending operations. Ability to accurately use tape measures, calipers, angle gauges, and other measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate parts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety and proper machine operation. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Cincinnati press brakes in a manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC-controlled press brakes. Experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on press brakes. Experience working from SolidWorks drawings or similar engineering documentation. Experience with production fabrication or metal manufacturing.
