Scales up to $25/hr + 10% shift differential Paid Time Off (PTO) Health & Dental Insurance 401(k) with company match Free Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Quarterly team appreciation events Clean, modern facility with new equipment Stable, full-time employment What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and bend specifications Select and install the appropriate tooling for each job Form sheet metal parts to specified dimensions and tolerances Make machine adjustments to maintain quality throughout production Document production and inspection results accurately Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Participate in continuous-improvement efforts You'll play a key role in building high-quality components used across industries like aerospace, defense, and more.
