Total capability to read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering drawings and layout specifications independently
WORK SCHEDULE OPTIONS
Enjoy a permanent 4-day, 10-hour work week (Monday - Thursday). Both 1st Shift and 2nd Shift configurations are immediately available.
OVERTIME OPPORTUNITY

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour baseline (Pay rate is determined directly by your layout and setup depth)

Job Responsibilities Operate press brake machinery to fabricate custom sheet metal components according to technical specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate bending sequences Select appropriate tooling and conduct inspections to maintain high precision and minimize material waste Handle materials using forklifts and cranes to transport components within the facility Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience operating press brakes or similar metal forming machinery Ability to interpret engineering blueprints and follow manufacturing instructions accurately Experience with material handling equipment is a plus Stable work history with a commitment to reliability Residence within a 45-minute driving radius of Greater Green Bay, WI Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Tuition reimbursement for further education 401(k) Retirement Plan with matching contributions Generous Paid Time Off and holiday schedule 3-day weekends with opportunities for overtime pay
