What You'll Be Doing As a Finishing Lead, you'll be a key leader on the production floor, helping drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while supporting your supervisor and team.
You'll:
Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable work environment Coach and develop Finishing Operators and team members Monitor workflow and production performance Help ensure products are manufactured safely and meet quality standards Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns when needed Communicate priorities and expectations clearly to team members Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence Support training efforts for new and existing employees Foster teamwork and collaboration throughout the department What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on Finishing or Folding Carton manufacturing experience Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Leadership Behaviors That Will Help You SucceedActive Floor Leadership You lead where the work happens.
