Shift:

7am-5pm Monday-Friday - 50 hours weekly 2nd

4pm-2am Monday-Thursday, 2pm-midnight Fridays - 50 hours weekly What You'll Do Adjust machine components to control speed, pressure, temperature, dimensions, and material flow. Inspect and measure parts using calipers, micrometers, length gauges, and other precision tools to ensure quality. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Uphold EPS's high quality standards with consistency and pride. What You Bring Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and setting up multi‑die cold heading machines. Experience with one or more of the following machines required: National, Nakashimada, Carlo Salvi, Waterbury or Hyodong machines preferred. A proactive, curious, and self‑driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. Ability to use basic measurement tools - micrometers, calipers, and gauges. A team‑oriented approach and willingness to collaborate. Salary & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
