PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global packaging manufacturing client to source and hire Die Cutter Operators for their fast-growing facility. Multiple shifts available on a 2-2-3 schedule. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot die cutting equipment to produce quality packaging products. Install and align dies, cutting plates, and tooling while ensuring accurate cuts, scores, and perforations. Perform job changeovers, quality checks, and routine equipment maintenance. Read production schedules and job specifications to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery. Support continuous improvement, safety, and food-quality standards throughout production. What We're Looking For Experience operating die cutting equipment in a packaging, printing, or converting environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine and tooling issues. Experience reading production orders, machine settings, and quality specifications. Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and productivity. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
