Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various printing presses and related equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor large-format printers, flexo presses, and screen printing machines to meet production specifications Interpret production documents, including layouts and color management instructions, to ensure accurate reproduction Adjust industrial equipment for optimal performance, including calibration of color and registration Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machinery to minimize downtime Execute cutting, paper binding, and finishing processes to prepare printed materials for delivery Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards Collaborate with graphic designers and prepress teams using Adobe Creative Suite Requirements Proven experience operating various printing equipment such as large-format printers, flexo presses, or screen printing machines Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to adjust industrial equipment accurately Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prepress software reliable 5AM-1PM M-F If you are passionate about print manufacturing, possess technical expertise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality, we encourage you to apply today.
