Operate, set-up, and trouble shoot flexographic printing presses and auxiliary equipment, all in accordance with production standards and productivity goals.
Including:
utilization of product specs (copy card), changing plates, cylinders, and dies.
Maintenance :
Maintain machines by performing basic maintenance including lubricants, replace minor parts, and requests major maintenance when necessary. Maintain work area utilizing 5S methods. Report machine and equipment malfunctions immediately to the group leader, maintenance and/or supervisor. Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner. Cross-train and work multiple press lines and equipment as needed.
Quality Control:
Follow all quality inspection plans. This involves measuring, checking, and testing various processes and product parameters. Meet established goals for material scrap and yield.
Qualification :
Associates degree ( or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
