Job Description

Position Summary Single Source Medical is seeking 1st Shift Setup/Operator for Wire EDM. The responsibilities will include setup and operate the Wire EDM centers and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Lathe and/or Mill experience a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Setting up and operating Wire EDM 2-Axis Lathe setup and operating a plus. Organizes and executes work assignments based on company needs. Optimizes production processes, maximizing throughput. Identifies areas of improvement. Collaborates with QC, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor to rectify quality concerns. Ensures compliance with safety guidelines and company standards. Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment. Experience, Qualifications, And Skills Wire EDM/CNC Setup/Operator High school diploma or GED. 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Competent with Microsoft Office and capable of using database systems. Ability to be an effective leader and communicator with all team members. Ability to read and interpret documents such as Part prints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
