April 2026 Position Summary Are you mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and proud of producing high‑quality work? We're looking for a Machine Adjuster to help set up and operate flexographic and short‑run offset printing equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be a key part of our production team—ensuring safety, precision, and consistency from setup through finished product. If you enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and working with modern printing equipment, this could be a great fit. Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to control production processes
  • Good decision‑making and troubleshooting skills
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers
  • Comfortable working in tight or awkward spaces when needed
  • Ability to handle materials safely and responsibly
  • Basic math skills, including whole numbers and fractions
  • Ability to read measurements, instructions, and job specifications Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or technical school training required
  • Prior printing or manufacturing experience is a plus Physical & Work Environment Requirements Active role requiring standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift Frequent use of hands and fingers for machine controls and adjustments Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work at various angles Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds; move heavier items with mechanical assistance
Work Environment Includes:
Manufacturing setting with loud machinery Exposure to varying temperatures, including non‑weather extreme heat or cold Working around fast‑moving mechanical equipment Concrete floors throughout the facility Occasional work near elevated or energized equipment Additional Information This position description outlines the essential functions of the role but is not all‑inclusive.
