Press Operator (60 hours/week)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Press Operator on 2nd and 3rd shift. Background in operating various types of presses and machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5 openings on 2nd 5 openings on 3rd Responsibilities Operate presses - stamping presses, progressive presses, and transfer presses Laser experience is a plus Forklift experience is a plus Set up and adjust machinery Perform routine inspections and quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine production requirements. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient workflow and materials handling. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols within the manufacturing facility. Document production data accurately for quality assurance purposes. Skills 1+ years operating a large stamping press
