Who We Are Escape Climbing builds the gear that climbers use at every stage, from their first gym session to a fully built home wall. The Role You'll help make, finish, and pack Escape products, including climbing holds, wood volumes, panels, and hardware. You'll move between different production areas, learn each process end to end, and take ownership of turning out product that meets our quality bar.

Day to Day Review incoming orders and set priorities for the day Keep your area clean, organized, and maintained (3S) Check quality at every stage, and catch and correct defects before they move on Cross-train so you can work in any department Suggest fixes and improvements when you see a better way Where You'll Work Wood Shop Cut, glue, sand, brand, and finish wood components and products Assemble wood parts and apply texture and epoxy Learn to program and operate our CNC machine Plastic Production Run the polyurethane dispensing machine to fill silicone molds Handle and organize production molds Load and unload post-cure ovens Track order tags and keep to the production schedule Mold Making Make silicone molds for new climbing products Learn 3D printing and work with printed masters Keep the mold library organized and in good shape Finishing & QC Flatten hold backs on the belt sander Smooth sharp edges and fix imperfections with a die grinder Drill mounting holes with a drill press and hand drills Blow off dust with compressed air so every piece is customer-ready Get finished orders to shipping on schedule We're a small team, so everyone pitches in wherever help is needed.
