Die Cutter•1st and 2nd Shift Metro Minneapolis | Direct Hire A growing company in the Metro Minneapolis area is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator for 2nd shift. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and full benefits.

Pay:

$25•35 per hour

Shift:

1st shift•Kluge Die Cutter 2nd Shift•

Bobst Die Dutter Responsibilities:

Set up and operate die cutting production equipment Select and install appropriate dies for production runs Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions Perform embossing and foil stamping (preferred) Troubleshoot press and production issues Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards Complete daily production and job reports Perform routine daily maintenance on machines

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating Kluge or Bobst die cutter presses preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
