Job Description

Operate automatic stamping presses
Operate & Maintain:
Efficiently operate and monitor automatic stamping presses, making necessary adjustments using powered hand tools to ensure continuous production flow. (Approx. 70% of time)
Collaborate & Support:
Work closely with department leadership to communicate issues and suggest improvements. Assist teammates with press set-ups and changeovers. (Approx. 10% of time)
Ensure Quality:
Perform precise quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools (e.g., reading tape measures to 1/32" tolerance, using protractors for angles to +/- 1 degree) against blueprints and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to 6S standards. (Approx. 10% of time)
Finish & Package:
Accurately count, package, and palletize finished products according to work orders. Ensure all auxiliary equipment operates optimally. (Approx. 10% of time)
