Freeway Corporation is seeking a Press Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. The Press Operator is preferred to have previous stamping experience, but we can train the right motivated, mechanically inclined individual. If you like to work on cars or are always troubleshooting and repairing things, this position is for you! Freeway Corporation is a metal stamping manufacturer that has successfully provided metal components to hundreds of industries for over 80 years. - Capable of learning how to set-up up and operate stamping presses ranging from 20 to 400 ton.
- Responsible for setting the tooling and operating the press safely.
- Responsible for documenting the production.
- Ability to use tools including, but not limited to, calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
- Ability to problem solve and employ trouble-shooting efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to physically lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday; 4:15pm-2:45am.
