BRIEF JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing general labor in an orderly, accurate and efficient manner per customer orders and direction of the supervisor.
DUTIES & RESPOSIBLITIES
Discuss orders to be manufactured with the supervisor. Thoroughly read all orders including special instructions and discuss machine operator or supervisor on anything on the order that doesn't seem normal. Be able to make bundles in an efficient manner to meet production requirements. Constantly monitor quality of production to ensure customer satisfaction per accepted company standards. Make units in accordance with orders or supervisor's instructions. Assist machine operator to meet production requirements in an orderly and efficient manner. Inform the supervisor or machine operator immediately of a breakdown or any other problems with the machines or equipment that would prevent efficient operation. Help perform preventative maintenance on any piece of equipment. Perform other duties as required.
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES
Shift supervisor.
POSITION INTERACTION
Shift supervisor, machine operator and fellow line workers.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to read and understand production orders and schematic drawings. As well as, use a tape measure to check accuracy and lift up to 50lbs consistently.
