About the Role We are a busy printing company looking for reliable Bindery Associates to join our team on a temporary basis. We have a high volume of work over the next several months and need dependable people to help us keep production moving. No prior experience is required — we will train you. This is a great opportunity to learn the printing and bindery trade in a fast-paced production environment. This application is for second shift. Hours are 3pm-12am. Bonuses will be offered and pay is negotiable. What You'll Do Assist with bindery operations Box and package finished product Prepare product for shipment Handle materials and move product throughout the facility Work on the production line and support other departments as needed Follow safety guidelines and quality standards What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and able to commit for the length of the assignment Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and consistent quality No prior experience necessary — we will teach you everything you need to know Physical Requirements Able to stand and be on your feet for the majority of the shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle boxes and skids Comfortable with repetitive tasks and hand work Why Join Us On-the-job training provided — no experience needed Steady hours during a busy production period A supportive team environment where you can learn a hands-on trade
