What You'll Do As a Print Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality printed packaging that meets the expectations of some of the world's leading consumer brands.

Your responsibilities include:

• Set up flexographic, offset, and silk screen printing equipment
• Read production specifications and prepare equipment for each job
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot printing equipment and resolve production issues
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company safety procedures Compensation Starting at $27.00/hour
• Up to $28.
