Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Tender to operate the back of the Rotary Screen Print machine in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our print process while maintaining high-quality standards. If you have experience in print operations and thrive in a team-driven setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Remove printed goods from the machine and organize them efficiently Assist in machine setup to ensure seamless production runs Maintain print quality by cleaning color paddles, making new blades, and performing routine machine cleaning Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized Support other Print Department operations as needed Monitor and ensure product quality, reporting any defects or irregularities Identify and report faulty equipment or operational issues promptly Lift and move materials up to 75 lbs

What We're Looking For:
