Shift Cutter Operator Schedule:

2:30pm - 11pm 1Vision is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cutter Operator to join our Bindery Department on 2nd shift. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical abilities and the experience necessary to work independently while maintaining high-quality production standards. Over the next 2 months, we are on extended hours, and the hours will be from 4pm until 4am, 7 days a week. Highly motivated operators only need apply. Requirements Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications. Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production schedules and deadlines while minimizing waste. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Journeyman status required. Minimum of 5 years of cutter operator experience required. Ability to produce quality work with little to no supervision. Other bindery equipment experience is a plus (but not required). English language proficiency preferred. Reliable transportation required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
