Common duties include managing production records, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Machine Setup and Operation:

SDM Laminator 1200-HD, Adjusts manual controls or computerized panels for pressure, speed, and temperature. Sets up dies, stops, and guides on machinery.

Production Monitoring:

Oversees operations to ensure conformance to specifications and identifies malfunctions.

Quality Control:

Inspects finished panels for defects such as damaged edges or surfaces.

Material Handling:

Positions, aligns, and secures materials into the press.

Maintenance:

Performs routine cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting of equipment.
