Printing Press Operator - 2nd shift-RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-up and run press to meet job specifications
- Ensure set-up meets specifications
- Operate press at most efficient speed with consideration of all safety requirements
- Perform minor machine repairs as needed
- Monitor print quality and make needed adjustments
- Perform daily housekeeping in and around press machinery
- Fill out daily production reports
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to train others
- Good knowledge of math and ruler reading
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous printing press machine operation You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
