Job Description
Growing Christian print and mail company with customers in 29 states is looking for a strong and energetic individual who loves to work and accomplish tasks. Our priorities are God, Family, and Work in that order. Must have experience on a 4 color offset press or Halm Jet! Other experience will not qualify. Why are we different? You need a day off to take care of a family issue? the rest of the team pulls together and picks up for you. We have barbeques together, we sponsor a bowling team. We go fishing together and you even earn a trip to Hawaii on your 5th year anniversary of employment - unless you win earlier by being picked as our 2nd miler of the year employee. If going the 2nd mile is not your attitude, consider this position NOT a good fit. Our culture demands a 2nd mile attitude - as opposed to "That's not my job". We work hard and we play hard, while taking excellent care of our customers is our top priority. Your duties will include moving paper around all day. Thus, you should be strong enough to lift 50 pounds routinely. Sorry, but a bad back or physical impairment will limit your ability to succeed with us. 4 color process offset press experience is required or Halm Jet Press experience required ! This is a fast paced environment, but we really enjoy the work we do and the people we do it with. Hard working individuals are encouraged to apply. Keen mechanical ability will also be very helpful.
