We are now hiring Laser Print Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable! Laser Print Operator Job Summary $20 2nd and 3rd shift Laser Print Operator Qualifications Operates all variations of laser printers in accordance with company policy and Standard Operating Procedures. Employee is responsible for process integrity as described in the SOP's for this position. Employee is responsible for confidentially as described in the DMS confidentially agreement signed annually. Employee is responsible for security as described in DMS security policies and information delivered during the annual securing training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains a respectful attitude with all employees throughout the organization.
• Understands the operation of every printer.
• Treats the equipment with respect.
• Must be able to run two or more printers at rated speed as required.
• Loads printer with paper according to specifications for current job.
• Keeps work area clear of all materials not related to the job on the printer.
• Performs quality control at job start up and at 15 minute increments throughout shift.
• Identifies problems and notifies lead operator/supervisor immediately.
• Checks pre-printed stock for defects.
• Runs jobs according to written instructions.
• Unloads printer and maintains the integrity/order of the job.
• Checks quality of print while removing output.
• Checks output for accuracy as defined in Laser Production folder.
• Boxes printed output and labels boxes accordingly.
• Removes all excess materials from printer upon completion of job and returns it to its point of origin for overstock removal to the warehouse.
• Possess computer skills to be able to work with DOS, FoxPro, Windows, PReS, Xerox XDS, and FTP.
• Interprets written and oral job instructions.
• Abides by the policies and procedure outlined in the employee handbook.
