Founded in 1947, we serve clients ranging from local businesses to major OEM manufacturers. Our team produces decals, Lexan overlays, reflective and dual‑sided window graphics, magnetics, OEM identification, and more all from our Galena manufacturing location. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Screen Printer to join our second‑shift production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistent processes, and contributing to the creation of high‑quality printed products used nationwide. Responsibilities Operate automatic industrial screen printer for decals, signage, OEM markings, and specialty printed products. Perform color checks and adjust ink levels, viscosity, pressure, and registration to maintain consistent print quality. Inspect printed output regularly for defects such as streaks, smudging, color variance, misregistration, or substrate issues. Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure operational safety and cleanliness. Follow production schedules and meet daily output orders. Complete all required documentation for quality control and traceability. • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including PPE use and proper handling of inks, solvents, and cleaning agents. Qualifications Preferred Experience (a plus, but not necessary): Prior experience in screen printing, industrial printing, or a related production environment is a plus but not necessary. Familiarity with inks, substrates, solvents, curing processes, or print alignment is helpful but not necessary.

Required:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn new processes and equipment. Reliability and good attendance Pay & Shift $17-$20 per hour , depending on experience level.
