Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Setup run according to work instructions.
  • Work with Pre-Press Operators to ensure cylinders/plates are ready for run.
  • Setup sheet for run.
  • Mount cylinders/plates for run.
  • Review SharePoint briefing notes before starting run and make adjustments if needed.
  • Complete first pulls for quality inspection.
  • Ensure run meets Quality Assurance standards.
  • Complete computer Web Map documentation for each Master Roll according to Quality Assurance requirements.
  • Update Radius ERP with raw materials used and returned to inventory.
  • Update SharePoint with operator notes on the run in order to explain the data.
  • Monitor Camera inspection on runs.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
  • Other duties may be assigned Language Skills Ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and peers, in English, over telephone and in writing.
Computer Skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Radius is a plus. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and see. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee will occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific visions abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Benefits Offered
