Feb 2026 Summary/Objective This position is responsible for the print design delivered on the Silipint products. Position Requirements Open, clear & direct communication skills Operate a variety of printing production equipment. Including printing machines, dark room equipment, wash-out stations, belt/tunnel dryer, and compression hoses. Achieve perfect artwork alignment, coverage and detail with screen printing, adjusting machinery and tactics as applicable. Burn, wash and reclaim screens using darkroom equipment and safe practices for chemical processing. Help to perform preventative maintenance on equipment in the printing department. Keep a clean, tidy workstation and be willing to contribute positively and proactively to the cleanliness and safety needs of our warehouse. Successfully carry out printing process controls to maintain production efficiencies and high-quality standards as established. Positively contribute to and be aware of all printing and shipping team collaborations, duties, run rates, supplies and expectations to meet production timelines and custom order details.
