Duties Catching shirts from the curing oven Organizing printed garments, folding and boxing them for pickup/shipping Clean squeegees and ready them for press operators Press tear down and de-taping screens Reclaim screens Label and organize orders Heat press vinyl and direct to film transfers Weeding vinyl Requirements Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Willingness to learn new skills related to printing Basic knowledge of screen printing techniques and equipment operation Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards in print production This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your creativity meets manufacturing excellence.
