2015 certified manufacturing company in Golden Valley looking for a motivated, skilled, and positive individual to join our team as a Screen Printer. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Screen Printer to produce high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications and production deadlines. This role sets up and operates screen-printing equipment, knowledge of screens and inks, monitors print quality, and keeps equipment and work areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include:

This role combines hands-on production with technical problem-solving and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of specialty inks, substrate compatibility, and precision screen printing for both functional and visual applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing equipment for high-quality graphic and functional prints Review work orders, artwork, color requirements, quantities, and production instructions before beginning each job. Set up and calibrate manual or automatic screen-printing presses, including screen alignment, registration, pressure, and print settings. Prepare screens, checks inks, and match colors according to approved specifications. Load and unload materials and operate printing equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor prints throughout each production run for placement, coverage, color consistency, adhesion, and defects. Operate curing equipment at appropriate temperatures and speeds to ensure a durable finished product. Complete production records accurately and communicate delays, defects, or material shortages promptly. Minimize waste and rework while meeting established quality and productivity goals. Clean screens, squeegees, presses, tools, and work areas; perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Follow all safety procedures, including requirements for personal protective equipment and proper handling of inks, chemicals, and cleaning solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional screen printing experience, preferably in industrial, electronics, or advanced graphics printing High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous screen-printing, print production, manufacturing, or related experience preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment. Working knowledge of screen registration, ink mixing, color matching, curing, and quality inspection is preferred. Ability to read work orders, follow written and verbal instructions, and perform basic production calculations. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and resolve routine equipment or print-quality issues. Reliable attendance, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working screen printing manufacturing environments

• Knowledge of industry standards
