This is a hands-on production role for dependable individuals who take pride in quality work. Experience is preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidates. What We Offer $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful and reliable employment Four 10-hour days (Monday thru Thursday) Overtime available Stable schedule and consistent work Responsibilities Operate rewind machines for label production Inspect labels for quality, accuracy, and defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and production procedures Meet daily production goals Requirements Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Manufacturing or printing experience a plus, but not required
