Reliance Packaging LLC is a Manufacturer and Printer of heavy duty plastic bags. Reliance Packaging is seeking skilled Flexographic Press Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will set up and print various jobs and be responsible for quality and production output. Qualification /

Critical Skills:

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and professional team members for Aberdeen, NC factory. Candidates should have the following to be considered:

• Previous experience as a Flexographic Press Operator
• Be able to tone and manage flexographic inks
• Be responsible for press and work area to ensure operating responsibilities are completed.
• Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

• Communication Skills:

  Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally.

• Leadership Skills:

  Ability to manage and monitor a team of press assistants and helpers effectively to optimally run a Flexographic printing press.
• Pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• Must be able to work any shift.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends.
• Must be able to accurately utilize measuring devices (Micrometer and Tape Measure).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours.
