•7 a.m. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Adjust machine settings and perform routine maintenance to optimize print quality and efficiency. Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques to ensure consistency across all print jobs. Perform cutting, paper binding, and finishing tasks to prepare printed products for delivery or distribution. Insert packing sheets, install plates on press cylinders, use hand/power tools to achieve specific measurements required for printing Requirements Minimum 1 year proven experience operating industrial printing equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly. Knowledge of color management principles to ensure accurate color reproduction across different media. Familiarity with print production processes such as cutting, paper binding, layout design, and finishing techniques. Ability to interpret manufacturing documents and technical specifications accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production cycle.
