Responsibilities Operate and oversee screen printing press, to produce diverse print materials. Adjust industrial equipment settings to ensure optimal print quality and color accuracy, utilizing mechanical knowledge and technical proficiency. Interpret production documents and layouts accurately to execute printing tasks efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to specifications. Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments on press machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Implement quality control measures by inspecting printed outputs for color consistency, registration accuracy, and overall print integrity. Manage prepress processes using software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and prepress software to prepare files for printing. Coordinate with graphic design teams to ensure designs are print-ready, making necessary adjustments for layout design, typography, and cutting or binding requirements.
