Heidelberg Press Feeder Operator - 2nd Shift No Printing Experience Required—Training Available All Color Printers is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our pressroom team as a Heidelberg Press Feeder Operator. We produce high-quality folding cartons and commercial printing for a wide range of customers. Previous printing or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is mechanically inclined, dependable, physically capable of performing the job, and interested in learning the printing trade. Schedule Monday through Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Full-time, second shift Pay $18.00-$25.00 per hour Starting pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications What You Will Do Assist the press operator with the safe and efficient operation of Heidelberg sheetfed printing presses Load paper and paperboard into the press feeder Help prepare the press for different sheet sizes, paper stocks, and board thicknesses Monitor sheets as they feed through the press Assist with press setups, changeovers, washups, and routine cleaning Inspect printed sheets and help maintain quality standards Keep the pressroom and work area clean, safe, and organized Follow production instructions and established safety procedures What We Are Looking For Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Willingness to learn and take direction Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to remain standing and physically active throughout the shift Ability to regularly handle paper, paperboard, and pressroom materials Basic English communication skills sufficient to understand job instructions and safety requirements Ability to work cooperatively as part of a production team Previous experience with Heidelberg presses, sheetfed offset printing, folding-carton production, commercial printing, machine operation, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus—but it is not required.
