We are looking for a

• reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator in Training
• to join our production team!
• Please Note:
• This is a
• printing press operation position
• , NOT a plastics press. The press is also used to
• insert RFID inlays
• into printed products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Press Operator in Training, you will learn to safely and efficiently operate a specialized printing press while producing quality products. 🔹 Learn to set up and operate a printing press 🔹 Assist with loading and unloading material rolls and RFID inlays 🔹 Learn roll splicing and web preparation 🔹 Assist with press setup, adjustments, and changeovers 🔹 Monitor the press during production 🔹 Learn to identify and correct production issues 🔹 Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy 🔹 Assist with RFID inlay insertion and verification 🔹 Remove, label, and stage finished products 🔹 Maintain a clean and organized work area 🔹 Follow all safety and production procedures ### 🎯

QUALITY & PRODUCTION

The Press Operator in Training will learn to: ✔️ Read and follow job specifications ✔️ Verify materials before production ✔️ Monitor print quality and product accuracy ✔️ Identify defects and make adjustments as needed ✔️ Properly handle RFID inlays and finished products ✔️ Maintain production standards and minimize waste ### 🔧

✔️ Manufacturing or production experience preferred ✔️ Strong attention to detail ✔️ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn ✔️ Good problem-solving skills ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ✔️ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic ✔️ Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures ✔️ Comfortable learning new equipment and processes ### ⭐
