• Steel & Aluminum MIG Welder
• looking for a great opportunity to grow? This expanding Alliance manufacturer is looking for skilled, dependable welders to join their team! 🌙
• 3RD

SHIFT HOURS

• Sunday-Wednesday | 8:00 PM-6:30 AM
• ➕ Some
• overtime on Thursdays
• ### 🔧

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform custom build, fit-up, and welding assignments
• Weld steel and aluminum components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Read and interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and measurements
• Lay out, position, align, clamp, tack-weld, grind, and assemble components
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Communicate safety, quality, and production concerns to supervisors ### ⭐

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Welding experience required ✔️ Proficient in Steel & Aluminum MIG Welding ✔️ Must pass a company-approved weld test OR qualify for company-sponsored training ✔️ Strong mechanical ability ✔️ Ability to read blueprints/detailed drawings ✔️ Basic math and measurement skills ✔️ Ability to lift, push, and pull steel, aluminum, and other parts ✔️ Comfortable working at various heights and positions ✔️ Tractor trailer building experience is a plus! ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🦺

• Safety First:
• Required PPE includes weld hood, face shield, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
