Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in digital printing operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of pre-press processes, print quality standards, and digital production workflows. Exceptional color management skills with the ability to maintain consistent print quality. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage production employees. Strong workflow coordination and production scheduling skills with the ability to meet customer expectations and deadlines. Strong understanding of workplace safety, quality standards, and process compliance. Ability to balance productivity, quality, safety, and team performance in a second-shift production environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all Digital Department operations during second shift, ensuring high standards of print quality, productivity, safety, and team performance. Manage digital print production and equipment operations to maintain efficient and consistent production. Oversee pre-press approvals and color management to ensure finished products meet established quality standards. Coordinate production workflows and schedules to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Lead, train, develop, and motivate employees while maintaining a productive and accountable team environment. Monitor production quality and identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow, and overall department performance. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, quality requirements, and established production processes. #
