EXPERIENCED

Screen-Printing Press Operator to join our production team. We're a busy, established shop with a crew that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in producing high‑quality work. This is not a trainee or entry‑level position. Only candidates with verifiable screen printing press experience will be considered. What You'll Do Operate automatic and/or manual screen printing presses independently Accurately register screens for each job Mix inks and match colors with consistency Run test prints and maintain quality throughout production Troubleshoot basic press issues and keep production moving Maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals Required Experience (Applicants must meet ALL criteria) Minimum 1 year of hands‑on screen printing press operation (not vinyl, not DTG, not heat press) Strong understanding of registration, ink mixing, squeegee/flood bar selection, and print quality Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced shop Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills If you do not have screen printing press experience, please do not apply.
