In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Your expertise in color management, graphic design, and machine operation will ensure that every print meets our exacting standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with automatic or manual printing technology, contribute to innovative print projects, and uphold quality control throughout the production process. Duties Set up and operate screen printing presses equipment with precision and efficiency Interpret production documents, layout designs, and prepress software instructions to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork Manage color calibration and color management processes to achieve consistent color fidelity across all prints Adjust industrial equipment and mechanical components to optimize print quality and machine performance Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and resolving issues promptly Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on printing machinery to minimize downtime Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to prepare files for production Qualifications Proven experience operating screen printing presses within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of color management techniques and graphic design principles Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment, machining, and troubleshooting Familiarity with print advertising concepts and layout design Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production cycle Technical proficiency in operating press machinery safely and efficiently Join our team as a Screen Printing Operator where your skills will directly impact the creation of vibrant printed materials used.
