Phillips Staffing is looking for innovative and detail-oriented individuals for an upstanding manufacturing company in the Upstate creating custom labels.

Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with press machinery to provide continuous productivity Prepare, align and configure machinery, ink, rollers and paper for exemplary finished product Inspect and evaluate the quality of the print sheets Cleans plates, cylinders, ink pans and lubricates press as needed Operates press to produce finished product in accordance to customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste and press efficiency Maintain inventory of supplies needed to operate printing presses Liaising with previous and next lines of production for continuous work flow Ensure all machine equipment are calibrated on schedule

Other Duties:

Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and the success of the company Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Good communication skills Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs
