Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Flexographic Printing Press Operator to operate and maintain standard 10-inch web flexographic presses using water-based ink systems. This role requires strong setup, troubleshooting, and quality control skills in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Independently set up and operate 10-inch flexographic printing presses Mount plates and rotary dies with accurate registration Manage water-based ink systems including pH, viscosity, and color consistency Monitor print quality, registration, die-cutting, and overall press performance Troubleshoot mechanical, print, and ink-related issues to minimize downtime Perform routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of press equipment Complete production and quality documentation Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures Qualifications 2+ years of flexographic press operating experience Experience with water-based ink systems preferred Strong understanding of flexographic printing, color matching, and die-cutting Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability High attention to detail and quality standards #
