Duties Operate large-format digital printers, flexo presses, and screen printing equipment with precision and efficiency. Manage color calibration and color management processes to ensure accurate reproduction across various media. Interpret production documents and layout designs accurately to execute print jobs according to specifications. Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on industrial printing equipment to maximize performance and minimize downtime. Utilize prepress software and graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite to prepare files for printing, ensuring optimal quality. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and resolving issues related to print quality or machine operation. Assist with cutting, paper binding, and finishing processes such as mounting or laminating to deliver a polished final product. Collaborate with the design team on layout design, typography, and print advertising projects to meet client expectations. Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance logs, and quality assurance reports. Qualifications Proven experience operating digital printing equipment, including large-format printers and flexo presses. Strong knowledge of color management techniques and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on industrial equipment. Familiarity with prepress processes, including file preparation using prepress software and interpreting production documents. Understanding of print production workflows, including cutting, binding, finishing, and quality control standards. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to interpret technical specifications accurately. Basic knowledge of typography, layout design, and print advertising principles is preferred.
