CPCneutek is a full service commercial printing company with locations in both Ogden, Utah, Grand Junction Colorado and Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer Commercial Offset, Packaging, Flexo, Digital Flexo, Wide Format and Digital short run printing. We are seeking a talented Press Operators to run a narrow-web 8 color Mark Andy flexographic press and HP Indigo 6k digital flexo presses in our Ogden Utah facility. Flexo printing press operators will be fully responsible for the following: Complete make ready in accordance with the job ticket and product specs, ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and aniloxs are utilized. Set and maintain print registration, color matching, varnishes, and coatings. Responsible for completing all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks. Maintain consistent quality during the production run to include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion. Perform preventative maintenance on the press such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, cleaning, replacing or adjusting rollers and other moving parts as required. Use of micrometers, calipers, and color spectrometers. Have knowledge and be able to complete a wide variety of web configuration's to achieve a wide variety of printed products. At least 5 years of experience operating flexographic narrow web presses or HP Indigo Experience. 3 Years of Mark Andy or HP Indigo experience
