Experienced Screen Print Operator

Screen Printer Operator Looking for a Screen print operator Growing company in Orem, Utah. Looking for an Experienced Screen Print Operator to come and help develop and expand our screen printing department. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience in all areas of screen printing, including: Experience in all areas of screen printing, from pre-press to post-press Familiar with M & R Automatic Press and M & R Manual Press How to set up an automatic press and a manual press, with a general understanding of the basic mechanics/maintenance of the equipment, running the presses, including multi-color runs on a variety of textiles and sub straights Solid understanding of screen meshes, screen coating, burning (dark room procedures, exposure), and reclaiming screens Printing quality control - Must have great attention to detail! Pulling, counting, and boxing finished products Mixing inks according to PMS colors, as well as knowledge of correct inks on any material, including standard plastisol, water based discharge, etc. Experience printing on various materials/locations Capable of keeping work area clean and maintain an accurate count of production supplies and inventory Successful candidates must have: 5+ years of hands-on current screen printing experience Must be honest, hardworking, with exceptional attention to detail Producing quality work to our standards is a must! Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently, or as a team, able to follow directions, and willing to help in other warehouse areas when needed Must have reliable transportation, good personal hygiene (presentable to customers), be punctual and have good attendance Willing to learn new techniques in the screen printing industry This is a full time position, with a very stable company.
