We are growing, and are seeking an experienced Grand Format Digital Press Operator to join our St. George production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wide-format digital printers and finishing equipment, producing high-quality print projects such as displays, banners, signage, posters, etc. on a wide variety of materials. This role is key to ensuring our printed materials meet client specifications and uphold our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Operate grand/large format digital printers and related finishing equipment Prepare and review print files for production, ensuring accuracy and readiness Calibrate printers, select appropriate media, inks, and substrates for each job Monitor print runs for quality, consistency, and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed Perform finishing tasks including trimming, laminating, and mounting Maintain accurate production and inventory records Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure requirements are met Assist with packaging and shipping of completed projects Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on digital printing equipment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in printing technology preferred) Experience operating large/grand format digital printers, preferred but not required Familiarity with RIP software, color management, and various print substrates, preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Good organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Experience in a print shop or graphics production environment preferred Desired Skills Knowledge of finishing techniques (laminating, mounting, cutting) Understanding of lean production and workflow optimization Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Teamwork and interpersonal skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Profit Sharing bonus potential
