Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Komori / Heidelberg Press Operator to join our dynamic printing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Komori / Heidelberg printing presses, producing high-quality printed materials that meet client specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with these machines, possessing a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of printing processes. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the presses, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring timely completion of print jobs without compromising quality. Responsibilities Set up Komori and Heidelberg printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules. Operate presses efficiently while maintaining high standards of print quality and consistency. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functioning and longevity. Monitor press operations continuously to detect and resolve issues promptly. Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all press activities. Requirements Proven experience operating Komori and Heidelberg printing presses in a production environment. Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and press maintenance. Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot printing press machinery independently. Excellent attention to detail to identify and correct print quality issues. Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Capability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and production targets. Familiarity with safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
