• + 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 shift schedule rotating bi-weekly from days to nights + 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 straight night shift schedule

• What You Will Do:

• + Act as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities + Operators will lead in all aspects of operation of Press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running andshut-down.

+ Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety. + Run all jobsin accordance withcustomerspecification, manufacturingspecification, printspecification, colorfoldersand standard operating procedures. + Ensure allappropriate paperworkis filled out accurately and completely. Thisincludes, butis not limited to; production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets (all flags are recorded), S.O.C sheets and all others as assigned. + Work with and direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change-over and down time. + Train and direct the press assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties defined in each level of the assistant training matrix on time. + While also knowing and understanding the roleinproduct safety. + Comply withall 5S and WCM initiatives (Cross Training, moving to the work) + All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
