The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality printed apparel using a manual screen printing press. This role requires a keen eye for detail, pride in their finished work and the ability to work collaboratively with our group to bring our clients visions to life. This is not a position for Graphic Artists looking to design, this is a labor intensive position that does not work with Adobe Suites but requires previous experience dealing hands on with a print press. This job requires manual work. Duties Set up and operate screen printing manual press to produce designs on various materials. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing processes. Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and organized manner. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process. Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to enhance production efficiency. Experience The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical skills and artistic flair.

Required experience includes:

Proficiency in utilizing a manual silk screen press. Ability to work as a team player. Open to working overtime hours as needed to ensure clients deadlines are met.
