Job Title:
Assembler Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will use hand tools , power tools , and standardized work instructions to assemble components and build high‑quality products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble Components — Build products and sub‑assemblies using hand and power tools according to specifications. Read Work Instructions — Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Inspect Finished Parts — Perform quality checks to confirm products meet company standards. Operate Tools & Equipment — Safely use drills, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and other tools required for production. Maintain Work Area — Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Meet Production Goals — Work efficiently to support daily output targets. Collaborate With Team — Communicate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues and improve processes. Qualifications Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required; training provided. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Shift & Pay 1st shift - 4/10 hr shifts (M-Th) pay: $19hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cumming, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
